Are you passionate about music, creativity, and supporting people to live the life they love? Radio Enham is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Activities Lead - Radio and Digital Skills to guide our customers in developing confidence, digital skills, and a voice on air.

About the Role

In this unique and rewarding role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our radio station, including:

  • Managing broadcasting schedules
  • Hosting customers and identifying their individual support needs
  • Overseeing technical operations for smooth, reliable broadcasts
  • Leading and inspiring our team of DJs as we grow the station

You will also contribute to wider sessions and events delivered by our Activities Team, including participating in a Saturday rota (1 in every 3).

You will be a caring, empathetic person who understands how to deliver tailored support while setting clear, positive boundaries. You will inspire others, help build confidence, and encourage creativity.

We're seeking someone who:

  • Broadcasting experience is welcome but not essential – being proactive, supportive, and eager to learn is what matters most.
