Job summary

Curaa is a family-run, community-driven care provider based in Wooburn Green, England. We are seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and oversee a varied program for residents, including weekend duties.

The role requires a warm, communicative team player who can build rapport with residents and their relatives, arrange holiday events, and ensure risk assessments are carried out.

The successful applicant will:

Someone who can deliver a level of carethat truly comes from the heart,making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. And, whetheryou arehelping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed residentor delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
