Situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, Manor Grange Care Home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Our modern, purpose-built home offers a warm, welcoming environment where compassion, dignity and joy are at the heart of everything we do.

We are now seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for bringing smiles to the faces of others and creating meaningful experiences, this is your chance to make a genuine difference.

What You Will Do

As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents through engaging, personalised activity programmes. You will organise and lead a wide range of group and one-to-one activities – from arts and crafts to music, movement, games, and themed events – designed to support connection, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

Your ability to understand each resident’s background, interests, and needs will allow you to tailor activities that bring meaning and purpose to their day. You will work closely with the care team, families and volunteers to foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere, while maintaining accurate records of all activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience planning and leading activities or events, ideally within care, community or hospitality settings
• A confident, friendly and creative personality with a genuine love for working with older people
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of individuals
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive approach and warm, approachable manner
