As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents through engaging, personalised activity programmes. You will organise and lead a wide range of group and one-to-one activities – from arts and crafts to music, movement, games, and themed events – designed to support connection, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
Your ability to understand each resident’s background, interests, and needs will allow you to tailor activities that bring meaning and purpose to their day. You will work closely with the care team, families and volunteers to foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere, while maintaining accurate records of all activities.
