• Provide stimulating and meaningful activities for residents.
• Tailor activities taking into account individual skills, hobbies and interests.
• Aim to improve quality of life while upholding privacy, dignity and independence.
• Create a happy and caring atmosphere with residents' needs first.
• Offer a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological activities tailored to the individual.
• Respect differences and work as part of a dedicated team.
• Possible duties include accompanying residents to local events, leading chair exercise classes, reminiscing, and arts and crafts.
• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.

Your role is to create ahappy and caring atmosphere; puttingresidents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological activitiestailored to the individual. Werespect differencesand recognise our staff and residents will have different needs. This is avaried rolewhich may include youaccompanying residents to the local country fair, leading achair exerciseclass,reminiscingwith a resident about heir childhood holidays, ordoing arts and crafts.

No previous experienceis required for this role as we willprovide full training. This role would be suited to you if youenjoy leading and organising activities, areorganised,you aresociable, active, lovingbringing people together.
