St Philips Care is seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to plan and run a weekly program for Activity Group members, promoting independence and dignity. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm and some autonomy in planning and execution of activities.
Candidates should demonstrate a flexible approach, budget awareness, and ability to interact with residents and staff at all levels. Training and support are provided to help you thrive in a friendly UK-wide team.

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Activities coordinator to meet the needs of service users attending the Activities Group, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Reporting to our Care Centre Manager the activities Coordinator must effectively plan and run a weekly program of activities for Activity Group members. They must be always innovative and enthusiastic and have the innate ability to think outside of the box. They must have the desire to work with some degree of autonomy in both the planning and execution of the activities.
