Hampton Healthcare is seeking an Activities Coordinator for Midland Care Home. The role involves planning diverse weekly activities to engage residents with dementia, disability care, and nursing needs. We are currently recruiting for a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual who can provide a wide range of activities to interest and stimulate the physical and mental state of our residents, understanding the need of promoting the philosophy of privacy and dignity, independence and choices, rights respect and fulfilment for all residents. Good personal and interpersonal skills are essential.
The right candidate will be offered support through mentorship and training program to ensure they have all the right tools to succeed in their role.
30 hours per week , 10.00 am to 4.30 pm , every other weekend
