The role of the Activities Co-Ordinator at Aria Healthcare involves planning and delivering engaging activities and events to promote the health and well-being of the residents. This part-time position requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for improving the quality of life for elderly and dementia patients.

Main duties of the job

As the Activities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse range of activities, including arts and crafts, music, and group outings, tailored to the individual needs and interests of the residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that every resident is provided with opportunities to participate in meaningful and enjoyable activities that enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
