The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities to enrich the lives of the residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and the ability to create fun and stimulating activities that bring out the best in the residents.
The Activities Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and events for the residents, including group activities, one-to-one sessions, and outings. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure that every resident is engaged and making the most of every day. The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexibly, including weekends, to meet the needs of the residents.
