Barchester Healthcare in Swindon is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time role (24 hours per week). You will deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to help residents enjoy an engaging, supportive environment and stay as independent as possible.

No prior experience is required; a full UK driving licence is essential. You will bring creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in supporting people, with opportunities to develop through in-house courses and a rewarding benefits

We want to make sure each individual can pursue the interests they most enjoy and that means you'll have a real impact on our residents' lives. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you'll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with your family, friends and the local community.
