Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Activities Assistant in a care home to deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities that help residents stay motivated and fulfilled. You’ll support an entertainment and activities programme across pastimes, social events and outings, helping residents live as independently as possible and engage with family and community.

About The Role

We want to make sure each individual can pursue the interests they most enjoy and that means you'll have a real impact on our residents' lives. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you'll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.
