Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd in London is seeking a hands-on Van Driver / Warehouse Operator for a 6-month contract. The role alternates between driving a company van and warehouse duties, with full training provided. Standard hours are 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday, in London and Watford.

Salary is £29,000 per annum, pro rata. The ideal candidate is active, reliable and fit for physical work, with a full UK driving licence and insurance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Aged 21+ (insurance requirement).
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• Willing to perform physical tasks (put-aways, picking, moving).
• Reliability and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to deliver and collect goods across London, safely and on schedule.
• Carry out warehouse duties, mainly put-aways and picking.
• Assist with moves, including loading and unloading items.
• Work with the driver and wider team, learn routes and processes.
• Look after the van and report any issues promptly.
