Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver shopping to customers and represent our brand on the road, while staying active and independent.

As a driver you’ll follow loading procedures, complete van checks, and provide excellent customer service. The role offers a rewarding schedule with shifts between early morning and evening, a 15% staff discount and 28 days of holiday plus extra benefits.

Qualifications

• Full driving license (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly & passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practises at all times.
• Complete van checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure groceries arrive to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service on delivery visits.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible shifts; patterns can vary between 6am and 11pm.
