Position Overview

Dexerto is hiring an Activation Executive/Manager to join our growing Integrated Marketing team and help bring social-first branded content campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Manager to plan, launch, and report on campaigns that entertain audiences and deliver real results for our clients. This is a great fit for a social media manager who’s ready to take the next step into a more commercial and branded content–focused role—working with some of the biggest names in gaming and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle— from planning and scheduling to publishing and reporting.
  • Craft standout social copy and packaging that fits each platform and audience.
  • Support the briefing of social assets to our internal design and video teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial, Editorial, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns feel authentic to Dexerto’s tone and audience.
  • Track and report on cross channel campaign performance.
  • Handle community management and comment moderation to protect both Dexerto’s and clients’ brands.
  • Research platform trends, competitor activity, and creator content to inspire new campaign ideas.
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, asset trackers, and internal documentation for smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with paid social campaigns and optimizations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience within a social media role at an agency or brand is essential.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, internet culture, and social trends.
  • Strong understanding of how each social platform works—and how audiences behave on them.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident writing copy, brainstorming creative ideas, and working with different media formats across Dexerto’s different brands.
  • Ability to think strategically and activate creatively.
  • Proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of multi‑platform social media.
  • Experience with branded content, publishing, or youth media environments is a big plus.
  • Paid media experience in at least one of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, X Ads, or willingness to learn them.
