  • Support development of project budgets, cost plans, and cashflow forecasts for awarded projects.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to align estimates with deliverable project scope.
  • Engage with specialist subcontractors to clarify commercial and technical requirements for pricing.
  • Participate in internal commercial review meetings and present cost summaries, risks, and key assumptions.
Risk, Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure all estimates comply with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NERS, BS7671, ENA standards, CDM).
  • Identify commercial, technical, and programme risks, proposing mitigation strategies where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing data, supplier quotations, assumptions, and revisions.
Essential Experience
