MCR Property Group is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join the Manchester team, focusing on PBSA investment and development across residential sectors. The role requires sourcing opportunities, performing development appraisals, valuations and cash flow analyses, and negotiating terms with landowners and agents.

You will work closely with planning, development and asset management teams, leveraging strong market knowledge of PBSA/PRS and a track record in delivering acquisitions in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate acquisitions/investment or development.
• Strong Excel-based real estate cash flow modelling ability.
• Solid knowledge of PBSA, PRS and related residential sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with agents, landowners and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Independently source and assess investment and development opportunities across PBSA and residential sectors.
• Perform development appraisals, valuations and cash flow analysis for value-add investments and sites.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in legal agreements through to completion.
• Coordinate input from consultants and advise internal planning, development and asset management teams.
