A leading childcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Acquisition and Property Development Manager to drive growth by sourcing and acquiring new sites for nursery developments. The ideal candidate has a degree in Property/Development and significant experience in the sector. A full UK driving license is required, and a strong commercial mindset is essential. This is a hybrid position based in Northampton and London.

• Proven experience in property acquisition and development in relevant sectors.

• Knowledge of planning requirements and landlord-tenant law.
