• Monitor attendance and academic progression within the Engineering faculty, working closely with the Assistant Principal.
• Offer practical advice and emotional support to students; act as the main point of contact between the College, students and their families.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound IT skills (Microsoft Office suite desirable).
• Previous experience in Further Education or with young people in a supporting role would be an advantage.
