Job summary

Weldricks Pharmacy is seeking an Accuracy Checking Technician for our Vet Dispensary in Doncaster. The role involves ensuring patients receive high-quality care and accurate dispensing services over the phone, email, and Weldricks App.

You will join a team that values development, SOP adherence, and precise dispensing with opportunities to progress toward leadership roles. The position is 30 hours per week on a fixed 2-week rota.

Qualifications

• Accuracy Checking Technician Qualification and registered with the GPHC.
• Good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow dispensary SOPs and manage Automated Dispensing Units.
• Provide high-quality dispensary service to patients and branches.
• Interact with patients via phone, email, or the Weldricks App.

About the role

Weldricks Pharmacy have an opportunity for individuals to join our expanding team of Accuracy Checking Technicians based in our Vet Dispensary at Leedale On-Line Pharmacy based in Doncaster.

We will consider Accuracy Checking Assistants who would like to progress with their career.

The successful applicant will be working 30 hours per week working on a 2 week rota. Week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00am to 12:00pm Week 2 Monday to Friday 12:15pm to 18:15pm.

1:4 Saturday with day of in week in lieu, The day will be confirmed 4 weeks in advance

What will you be doing?

Our Accuracy Technicians are key in ensuring that Weldricks Pharmacy provide patients with the highest quality care and advice when interacting over the phone, email or the Weldricks App.

Joining our team, we’ll show you how to provide the best level of dispensary service to patients and branches, you will be able to follow dispensary SOPs and processes whilst fully engaging with the management of our Automated Dispensing Units.

You will also need to display a high level of working standards.
