Dears Pharmacy in Edinburgh is seeking an Accuracy Checking Technician to join and lead the dispensary and retail teams. You will work alongside the Pharmacist Manager to ensure accurate prescriptions, excellent patient care, and compliant operations.

The role offers extensive training in areas such as Tympa Ear Health, Microsuction, phlebotomy, and leadership development to support professional growth within a progressive independent pharmacy group.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Accuracy Checking Technician or similar role in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accuracy checks on prescriptions.
• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations with the Pharmacist Manager.
• Support dispensers and counter staff to ensure smooth service.
