Accounts and Tax Manager role with a successful and fast-growing firm of chartered accountants based in Axminster. You will manage delivery of accounts, tax and wider advisory work for a varied client portfolio, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with a clear progression route.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA/AAT or equivalent.
• Experience in accountancy practice across accounts/tax/audit.
• Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of accounts, tax and wider advisory services.
• Build strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop team; support partners in growth.
• Work with clients from sole traders to SMEs and large SMEs/OMB clients.
