Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACCA or ACA-qualified or about to qualify professional with strong technical expertise, a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure that all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, supporting business growth and driving continuous improvement across the firm. We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• ACA or ACCA qualification or 1 or 2 exams remaining.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and a good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Experience managing client portfolios and reviewing accounts for accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and a good understanding of financial targets and business performance.
• An interest in marketing, networking and business development.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• A commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, integrity and high standards of client service.
