Focus Resourcing Limited is recruiting for an Accounts Senior/Manager role in the UK, onsite only. The position offers £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, with a quarterly bonus and a clear path from Accounts Manager to Client Manager.

The successful candidate will oversee statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts, while aiming to increase client profitability within regulatory compliance. You will work in a supportive team environment, reporting to two Client Managers.

Qualifications

• Solid practice experience in a UK accounting practice.
• IRIS experience is highly desirable.
• Experience as Accounts Senior, Accounts Manager, or Assistant Client Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts.
• Identify profitable, compliant opportunities for clients beyond the numbers.
• Act with an ethical compass and high integrity.
• Collaborate with two Client Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
