Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an Accounts Senior in Totnes to join a reputable chartered accountants firm. You will handle hands-on preparation of year-end accounts, tax and VAT, while supporting wider service delivery to a diverse client base.

As you grow in the role, you will review work, help develop junior staff and strengthen client relationships, with progression opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified AAT and/or studying for AAT Level 4, ATT, ACA or ACCA.
• Experience preparing year end accounts, tax, VAT, bookkeeping for varied clients.
• Experience delivering all-round service to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on preparation and delivery of accounts, tax and wider services.
• Reviewing work and developing junior staff as you progress.
• Developing client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility.
