Job summary

TPF Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well established accountancy practice based in Herne Bay for an experienced Account Senior. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, prepare accounts and tax returns, and provide high quality advice to owner-managed businesses across sectors.

The role offers full time or part time hours, with a supportive team and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an accountancy practice.
• Strong accounts preparation skills.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main contact.
• Support junior team members as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist managers and partners with ad hoc advisory work.
