Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Senior

The Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant or Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or perhaps actively working towards a qualification. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Production: Prepare accounts for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Reviewing Accounts: Review accounts prepared by junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice.
• Audit Exposure: While the bulk of the role focuses on accounts production, training will be provided for those interested in gaining exposure to audit work.

About You:

• Qualifications: AAT qualified or working towards ACA or ACCA. Qualified by experience is also great!
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in accounts preparation with limited supervision. Experience in a practice setting is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Independence: Capable of working independently, with minimal need for supervision and training.
• Team Player: Collaborative with a positive attitude and a willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
