SectorBridge Recruitment Ltd partners with a growing accountancy practice to recruit an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior. The role offers genuine client exposure across diverse accounts and tax work, with opportunities to develop advisory skills.

You'll be preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, CT, SA and VAT returns, management accounts, budgets and cashflows, while supporting junior team members and driving process improvements using Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dext and IRIS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UK practice experience.
• Strong Excel skills and client communication.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with accounting and tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory accounts (FRS 102/105)
• Prepare CT, SA and VAT returns
• Produce management accounts, budgets and cashflows
• Work directly with clients and provide commercial insight
• Review and support junior team members
• Identify advisory opportunities and improve processes with automation using Xero/QuickBooks Online, Dext and IRIS
