A leading provider in professional lighting solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Slough. Responsibilities include managing invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting, with a requirement of 2+ years of relevant experience. The role is site-based at a modern office, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 25 days holiday.
The Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing invoicing, reconciliations and financial reporting. Key duties include raising and uploading invoices using internal finance software, matching purchase orders and reconciling data with timesheets and transport records. Review aged receivables, chase outstanding debt and handle transport and invoice queries for both Production and Sales. Oversee customer account setup, credit checks and production closures while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support monthly accruals, reconciliations whilst collaborating with MBST (transport partner) to analyse transport-related data.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Payable role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other IT systems, with experience in RTPro and Acumatica considered advantageous but not essential.
