Overview

Following a recent restructuring within our Finance Department, we are seeking additional support to meet increased demand in our Accounts Receivable function. This is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week). We are flexible in how these hours are worked and will agree a pattern that best suits both the successful candidate and the needs of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Accounts Receivable function by processing sales invoices promptly and accurately
  • Manage and maintain income contracts in SAP, including monthly deferrals and set-up
  • Process ad hoc sales invoices, including room hire and other service income
  • Assist with additional income-generating projects such as Dignify and other expanding service areas
  • Contribute to improving efficiency and ensuring financial data integrity across the department
