Trace | Expert Accountancy & Finance Recruitment seeks a hands-on finance professional to own the B2B order-to-cash cycle in a fast-growing international consumer technology business.

You will drive invoicing, cash allocation, retailer deductions, credit policy development and month-end reconciliations, partnering with Sales, Operations and IT to automate processes and improve AR visibility, while supporting revenue recognition in a tech-enabled environment.

I’m working with a fast-growing, international consumer technology business looking to strengthen its finance function as it continues to scale globally.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership of the B2B order‑to‑cash process, combining technical finance, revenue recognition, credit risk and process improvement within an evolving, technology‑led environment.

The Role

• Own the end-to-end B2B order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, cash allocation, aged debt and AR reporting.
• Manage retailer deductions, chargebacks and dispute resolution, working directly with major retail partners.
• Develop and implement credit policies, credit limits, approval processes and financial controls.
• Lead month‑end reconciliations across ERP and ecommerce systems, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and IT to improve AR visibility, strengthen reporting and drive process automation.
• Support revenue recognition, technical accounting requirements and the development of scalable finance processes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong B2B credit control and accounts receivable experience, ideally within retail, wholesale or a consumer‑facing business.
• Technically strong finance professional with a good understanding of revenue recognition, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, alongside confidence managing complex retailer accounts and deductions.
• A proactive, analytical approach, with an interest in AI, automation and improving how finance processes operate.
