Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in North Shields with the appointment of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity, working in a fastpaced, international environment and managing receivables across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase aged debt and elevate where necessary to support timely collections.
  • Handle customer and internal queries promptly and professionally.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in the system.
  • Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers.
  • Support routine reporting and analysis, including using Microsoft Excel.
  • Work independently once trained, managing daily AR processes efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations preferred.
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
