Qualifications

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable or transactional finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Validate approvals and supporting documentation per policy.
• Manage invoice workflows, reminders, and outstanding approvals.
• Respond to supplier and colleague queries; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support payment runs and month-end activities and reconciliations.
• Escalate issues to Accounts Payable Manager as needed.
• Help maintain strong financial controls and compliance in AP.
