Key duties include processing invoices, credit notes, supplier statement reconciliations and establishing new supplier accounts. You will manage customer statements, credit limits, and assist with audits and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in accounts payable and sales ledger.
• Experience with VAT and currency handling.
• Organised, accurate and able to liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes; match PO and coding.
• Set up supplier and customer accounts; reconcile statements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly supplier payment runs and approvals.
• Handle employee expenses and card reconciliations.
• Maintain sales ledger; issue customer statements; monitor credit limits.
• Assist with year-end audit and ad-hoc finance tasks.
