Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Account Assistant to join our central London finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This office-based role reports to the Financial Controller and handles both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with month-end close and audit support.

You will manage high-volume AP (around 400 invoices per month), maintain supplier records, post payments, raise sales invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and support ad hoc finance projects in a busy

Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with high-volume AP (≈400 invoices/month).
• Sage 200 is a desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing and supplier invoice posting.
• Accounts Receivable duties including issuing sales invoices and cash postings.
• Bank reconciliation and supporting month-end close.
• Assist with annual audit and other finance projects.
• Handle supplier queries and maintain supplier records.
