TFP Fertility in Oxford is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable specialist to join a busy centralised finance team. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and resolve queries to ensure timely and accurate processing across multiple clinics.
Hybrid role, 22.5 hours per week, on-site 1-2 days in Oxford, with a focus on data accuracy, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and maintaining payable balances.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Accounts Payable function within a busy, centralised finance team. We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is confident managing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to ensure invoices are processed promptly, queries are resolved effectively, and the Accounts Payable process runs smoothly and efficiently.
The role is a permanent part-time position working 22.5 hours per week Hybrid 1/2 days per week onsite at Oxford Fertility

Due to the passion, expertise and reputation of our team, the clinic has grown into a leading fertility clinic and offers a full suite of treatment and diagnostic services, including PGT and IVM. Providing treatment to both NHS and private patients. Conveniently located in a business park setting on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.
Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience)
Location: TFP Oxford Fertility Working Hours: 22.5 hours a week Between Monday and Friday - flexible schedule available if required Hours of work between: 9.00am - 5.30pm Hybrid working: one/two days per weeks on-site in Oxford
