Job summary

Experience in JD Edwards or SoftCo is advantageous; strong Excel skills and a numerical mindset are essential. You will contribute to timely payments while maintaining accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience in a multi-site organisation preferred.
• Strong numerical ability to calculate and adjust monetary values quickly.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work in a team with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices to purchase orders in SoftCo/JD Edwards environment.
• Resolve supplier queries and manage high-volume reconciliations.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with processes and fast-paced workloads.
