Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable function.
• Ability to create AP reports and dashboards.
• Desirable experience with balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payables processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and analyse Monthly AP trade creditor balances.
• Generate balance sheet reconciliations for AP supplier accounts.
• Define KPIs for the Purchase to Pay process.
• Monitor cash flow and resolve invoice queries.
• Process invoices and reconcile employee credit card expenses.
