Are you a detail oriented Accounts Payable professional looking to join a thriving manufacturing business in Eye?

I’m working with a fantastic business looking for an experienced AP specialist to work closely with the financial controller, own the accounts payable process and be part of implementing new ERP systems.

About the Role : Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt to payment.
  • Ensure invoices are correctly coded, authorised, and queried where required.
  • Prepare and process BACS and other payment runs in line with company policy and supplier terms.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate creditor accounts.
  • Support month-end activities including currency revaluations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure purchase orders and receipts are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain and update supplier master data.
  • Produce reports, KPI analysis, and statistical information for management.
  • Administer the company’s invoice / PO matching system and expense system.

  • Ability to learn technical aspects of AP such as VAT and purchase ledger processes.
