Job description

Overview

We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a leading public sector body based in the West Midlands. This is a temporary contract for 3 months, with a strong likelihood the contract will move to permanent. This is a full-time position. Start date ideally by mid-September.

Base pay range

This range is provided by James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. The hourly rate is c.£16.50 umbrella (subject to experience).

Duties
  • Resolving queries from suppliers
  • Utilising Excel for reconciliations and analysis
  • Assisting with the weekly payment run
  • Matching PO with GRN
  • Assisting with ad-hoc purchase ledger duties
Experience and skills required

Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.

Working hours
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
