Job summary

MCS Group are partnering with a successful family-run organisation in Enniskillen to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The company values accuracy and a proactive approach.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will process purchase invoices, complete bank reconciliations and provide general accounts and administrative support. Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an accounts/finance environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manufacturing experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience in Business Central is desirable but not essential.

This established, family-run business is a leading organisation within its sector, employing people across multiple locations in Northern Ireland and England. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their close-knit team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for:

• Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Providing general accounts and administrative support across the company
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required

The Person

The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience within an accounts/finance environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience would be desirable but is not essential
• Experience in Business Central is desirable but is not essential
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach
