Description

Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (£300k-£500k GRF)

Ability to grow and develop this portfolio in due course

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team

Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm

Support business development and identify opportunities for service expansion

Profile

A successful Accounts Partner should have:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience

Proven track record in client management and team leadership

Commercially astute with a growth mindset

Experience in managing a portfolio of a similar size

Ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm
