A West London independent accountancy practice is seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This hands‑on role involves mentoring junior staff and building strong relationships with owner‑managed businesses and SMEs.

As Accounts Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day client affairs, take responsibility for accounts production, review junior work, and provide practical business advice. Hybrid working available with clear opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong accounts preparation and review experience.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise workloads effectively.
