Accounts Manager – Crawley, West Sussex – Top 30 Firm

Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified Accounts Assistant Manager or Manager looking to join a growing top 30 firm in their brand-new offices in Crawley? Does a role with scope for fast progression appeal to you?

Our client is a Top 30 firm with a strong presence within in the local OMB client base but part of a leading international network offering overseas secondments. They are a strong business partner to their clients, so look to hire people who want to add value to their clients.

Accounts Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing aportfolio of medium & large corporate clients
• Overseeing the preparation offinancial statements (FRS 102 & IFRS)
• Working alongsideinternal & external audit teams
• Providingtechnical accounting adviceto clients
• LeadingFRS 102 transition projects(revenue recognition, lease accounting)
• Preparing technical reports and memorandums
• Training and mentoringjunior team members
• Drivingbusiness development and client relationships
• Managing theWIP, billing & financialsfor your portfolio

As an Accounts Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
