We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their thriving office. This is a fully onsite role where you'll work alongside a brilliant team while independently managing your own responsibilities.

Property sector experience—especially with Property Management Software—would be a real advantage. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, organised, and able to thrive under pressure.

Hours: 9‑5pm Mon‑Fri
ONSITE WITH FREE PARKING

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client and tenant monies, including allocation of funds received
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Oversee the banking facility
  • Manage rent collection processes
  • Maintain accurate cashbook spreadsheets
  • Process weekly payments to clients and suppliers
  • Register and insure tenant deposits
  • Reconcile tenant deposit returns
  • Prepare and issue client statements
  • Produce monthly management reports
  • Manage overseas landlord tax requirements
  • Process and pay invoices on a daily/weekly basis
  • Receive and process purchase invoices, obtaining approvals where required
  • Prepare financial schedules and reports for Directors and Accountants
  • Assist external accountants during the annual audit
  • Handle client and tenant queries via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face communication
Skills & Experience
  • Ideally experience within the Property sector
  • Proficiency in EXCEL and strong overall IT literacy
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload independently while being a team player
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
