MHA invites graduates to join the Accounts Junior ACA (Graduate Scheme) in Milton Keynes for September 2026. From day one you will engage in hands-on training across sectors and work closely with mentors to develop technical and professional accounting skills.

The programme offers hybrid working, full study support, and access to a global network through Baker Tilly International, helping you grow with diverse clients and secondment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 112 UCAS points or equivalent.
• A 2:1 degree or AAT qualification with 112 UCAS points.
• No work experience required beyond academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• Accounts preparation assignments.
• Work with mentor on client accounts.
• Work from source documents to final accounts.
• Corporation tax computations.
• Obtain technical information on clients where appropriate.
• Study towards ACA Level 7.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an Accounts Junior, you’ll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects, building lasting connections with colleagues and start off by learning the fundamentals, including:

• Accounts preparation assignments,
• Working closely with your mentor on a wide range of client accounts,
• Working from source documents to final accounts,
• Corporation tax computations,
• Obtaining technical information on clients, where appropriate .
• Studying towards Professional Qualification (ACA Level 7)

What We’re Looking For

While a background in finance is not required, we do seek graduates with at least 112 UCAS Points (or equivalent) and a 2:1 degree, or those who are AAT qualified with a minimum of 112 UCAS points.
