Overview

The Accounts & Billing Assistant will sit in the finance department of this growing business in Lincoln. The role will be hybrid, with 2 days per week home working.

Description
  • Processing invoices to and from the NHS and pharmacies
  • Processing invoices for assessment charges from in house system to the accounting package and the NHS systems
  • Log accurate records within various systems
  • Keep Excel spreadsheets and Accounting Packages up to date
  • Monthly reporting accurately on above activities
  • Provide ad-hoc support within the wider Accounts Receivable department where necessary, and get involved in ad hoc project work, as well as any other finance or admin duties required
Profile
  • A successful Accounts & Billing Assistant should have:
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
  • An understanding of billing processes and financial regulations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
