TPF Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Maidstone, who are looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This role offers a great mix of audit and accounts work with exposure to a varied client base and genuine progression prospects.

As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will manage your own portfolio across audit and accounts, support managers and partners on larger engagements, and mentor junior staff in a busy

• Strong experience in a mixed audit and accounts role within practice.
• Good technical knowledge and a proactive approach.
• Confident communicator with strong client facing skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.

• Preparing statutory accounts for a wide range of clients.
• Working with owner managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients.
• Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP (FRS 102) and relevant regulations.

The Role
