We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team covering Grimsby and York.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in accounting and finance, willingness to learn, and develop their skills. You will support the day-to-day operations of our accounts team, so attention to detail and initiative are essential. The role involves providing administrative support to our accounts department. Accounts experience is essential; motor trade experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities may include:

  1. Keeping financial records updated and accurate.
  2. Preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
  3. Performing administrative tasks.
  4. Dealing with queries.
  5. Supporting adhoc accounting tasks.

Supporting the accounts team to ensure efficient operations.
