Ashford Independent Accountancy Practice in Ashford is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Semi-Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing independent firm. You will access study support and a clear path to progression, with a modern approach and strong SME client base across the South East.

The role covers year-end accounts, tax computations, bookkeeping and payroll services, with flexible/ hybrid working and the potential for part-time hours as needed.

Job description

This is a really exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant/ Semi-Senior Accoutnant to join a fast growing and fantastic independent accountancy practice based in Ashford. You will be offered study support if required and a progressive position where you will have the opportunity to progress in your career. The practice is taking on lots of new business, and there is a very clear route to work in a management capacity within the business in the firm has a modern style and approach and a well-earned reputation as a leading advisor to SME owner managed businesses across the South East. The practice provides clients with year-end accounts, tax compliance & advisory, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and payroll services. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of accounting and take on as much responsibility as you feel comfortable with. They have a very relaxed and close knit, team orientated culture, where there is the opportunity for flexible hours, hybrid working, or part-time hours if needs be.
