Qualifications

  • Good general education including English and Maths.
  • Willingness to pursue AAT qualification.
  • Confident and professional approach to finance.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Purchase Ledger and Supplier Accounts.
  • Match invoices to GRNs / Purchase Orders.
  • Post invoices and credit notes on Coins ERP system.
  • Reconcile Supplier statements daily and monthly.
  • Assist with procurement orders and payment processing.

Basic bookkeeping
MS Excel

Knowledge of Accounting Procedures
Commercial awareness

Education

GCSE/A level or equivalent
AAT (or willingness to pursue)
