Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive Global Treasury Assistant to support their Treasury and Finance functions. This role offers hands-on experience across projects, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Credit Control within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

Assist with planning, executing, and reviewing treasury projects.

Manage small improvement initiatives and maintain project documentation.

Support testing, training, and process optimisation activities.

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Credit Control

Support payment runs, remittances, and direct debit processes.

Monitor AR, Remittance, and Credit Control inboxes and resolve customer queries.

Follow up on overdue invoices and assist with debt collection and write‑offs.

Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.

Handle card payments, refunds, DD applications/cancellations, and customer calls.

Support the implementation of credit control policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

Ensure accurate completion of AP, AR, and credit control tasks.

Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity.

Contribute to process improvements across treasury and finance.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Treasury teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in finance, AR, or account administration is beneficial but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP/financial systems preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

High professionalism with confidential information.

Reports to: Global Treasury Manager

Internal: Treasury, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR
